Actions can be affected by various multipliers that modify their behavior.


Modifier Types

Modifier Calculation Order

  1. Base Values - Start with action’s base duration, XP, and rewards
  2. Equipment Modifiers - Apply bonuses from equipped items
  3. Mastery Modifiers - Apply action-specific mastery bonuses
  4. Temporary Buffs - Apply potions, auras, and temporary effects
  5. Global Modifiers - Apply account-wide or event bonuses

Duration Calculation

Final Duration = Base Duration × (1 - duration reduction %)
Minimum Duration = Base Duration × 0.9 (90% reduction cap)
Open design question: if duration reduction would push an action below the minimum duration, that overflow may eventually convert into an output bonus instead.

Output Calculation

Base Output = Action's base reward quantity
Bonus Output = Base Output × output bonus %
Double Roll = Random check against double resource chance
Final Output = (Base Output + Bonus Output) × (2 if doubled else 1)
